This is going to be quick but, I found a little time to put this recipe up. It's for roasted pumpkin seeds....yum! Very quick and easy.
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 1/2 Cups pumpkin seeds
2 tsp. melted butter or olive oil
salt, to taste
other seasoning options:
Whatever you like
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
You can leave some strings and pulp on your seeds but, take out the big chunks. Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with butter or oil and seasonings of your choice. (I just use salt.) Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
