- A family we know is very interested in purchasing our home...and looking to place an offer soon...so exciting.
- They came over today to walk through before they make the purchase offer
- needless to say I've been cleaning like a fiend
- The BASIC conference went very well (so I hear) I missed it because "A" got sick on Saturday with a high fever. She ended up throwing up once. I left early with the kids on Sunday morning to come home and by the afternoon her fever returned to normal.
- Having weekend guests over Easter. We haven't seen them since last summer. Very excited to see them.
- "K" joined a t-ball team and his first practice is in a couple of weeks. Get this... his coach called me last night with some info and told me the team is the "RED SOX"...pretty cool huh?
- "A"'s Birthday is April 25th and she finally decided against the Batman cake her brother had. She's decided that a Cinderella cake will do. :)
- We are in the process of looking for minivans. Never thought I would ever own a minivan but, it becomes almost essential when you travel a lot and are planning on having more than 2 kids...and can't afford to drive a large SUV. :)
- An answer to the frequently asked question "have you started packing?" NO. I will start after our yard sale which leads me to the next update...
- Planning a yard sale for Memorial Day Weekend, which is a busy time around here because we live next to a lake. Hopefully it will go well. I'm open to any tips on having successful yard sales!
I think that should get you all up to speed. At least as far as I can think right now. Thanks to all of you who've stuck around during my sporadic postings!

lots of great updates! hope everything goes well with your house and have a great easter weekend!
Wow, you've got a lot on your plate! For your yard sale I heard that people don't like to ask what the price is, so try to put a price on everything. (I don't know if that's true for everyone, but it is for me...I hate asking how much things are!)
Good luck in the minivan search. Sometimes I wonder how my vehicle situation will change once the baby is born! We also have a black lab who travels with us sometimes, so it's hard to tell if we'll have enough space for the dog, the child, and all of our stuff!
how exciting about the house!
when we lived where you live Thomas played T-ball for the Red Sox too - he loved it!
and yeah, I think A will be much happier with Cinderella than Batman ;)
Woah... a lot going on!! I'm no help in the yard sale area, but good luck on that and the house. That's awesome!
