Who says you can't leave birthday decorations up for 9 days after your actual birthday?

Probably the same person who says you have to wait to put your Christmas tree up on Christmas Eve and take it down the day after Christmas.

No offense intended to anyone who does this. :)

G.: Back in 2001, I worked for a friend of mine who owned a Natural Food and wellness center. It was there that I developed a passion for health and wellness. My view on what "healthy" is may look different than others and I certainly have not perfected it. I eat more refined sugar than I would like and drink caffeine, but, I'm on a journey and am committed to continue to educate myself about the importance of food choices. I'm convinced that it is not as hard or as expensive as many think. I'm excited about sharing my discoveries and thoughts about this part of my life with you!
