G.: Back in 2001, I worked for a friend of mine who owned a Natural Food and wellness center. It was there that I developed a passion for health and wellness. My view on what "healthy" is may look different than others and I certainly have not perfected it. I eat more refined sugar than I would like and drink caffeine, but, I'm on a journey and am committed to continue to educate myself about the importance of food choices. I'm convinced that it is not as hard or as expensive as many think. I'm excited about sharing my discoveries and thoughts about this part of my life with you! I'm also a mom to 3 kiddos and a preacher's wife. Thanks for joining me on this journey!
